The sheet piling along the Hamilton Street boundary was completed earlier this week with our contractors now starting to move back into the middle of the site. All going well, we will be moving on to the last section of sheet piling at the western end of the site mid-next week.
This week sheet piling on the Museum, Exhibition and Civic Whare site progressed back towards Duram Street. This week the sheet piling on Hamilton Street has continued to progress well, with our contractors expecting to complete to the corner of Willow Street early next week. From Tuesday 2nd July, they will move back up the road across from the car park site and continue installing sheet piles towards Durham Street.
The CWEM sheet piling has been going well and at the end of the first week contractors are 15% of the way through. Next week they will continue down to the corner of Hamilton and Willow Streets.
