Progress through the ground improvements work on the new museum and exhibition site continues well this week with contractors now 20% through the RAP pile installation. Works continue down the Hamilton Street perimeter next week.

Over the last week the rate of progress on our sheet piling work has slowed a little due to the ground conditions at the western end of the site. Contractors are now 83% through sheet piling work and are expecting to move back to the centre of the site late next week.
Progress continues to be made on the CWEM sheet piling. Contractors are 64% through the sheet piling work, and will be working at the northern end of the site for the next 1 1/2 - 2 weeks.
